CIBIL login for individuals happens on the myCIBIL portal at myscore.cibil.com, which you reach from the Login link on cibil.com. Sign in with your username and password, or with your registered mobile number and an OTP. If you have never taken a CIBIL report, choose Register Now to create a login first. Which CIBIL login do you need?

CIBIL runs several portals, and the name on the page can confuse. The individual login page is itself titled Member Login, and consumers use it.

Individuals cannot use the lender portals. If you work at a member institution, ask your internal CIBIL administrator or nodal officer for access.

How to log in to myCIBIL

  1. Type cibil.com into your browser and click Login. Do not open login links sent by SMS, WhatsApp or unknown email.
  2. Check that the address bar shows myscore.cibil.com before you type anything.
  3. Enter your username and password, or choose Login Using Mobile Number.
  4. If you use your mobile number, enter the OTP that CIBIL sends by SMS or email.
  5. Your dashboard opens with your latest score, report and alerts.

Never share your password or OTP with anyone who calls about your CIBIL score. CIBIL staff and bank staff do not need them.

How to create a CIBIL login

You get a myCIBIL login the first time you take a CIBIL report, free or paid.

  1. On the login page, click Register Now, or open the Free CIBIL Score and Report page on cibil.com.
  2. Enter your name, email address, mobile number and a password.
  3. Choose an ID type, such as PAN, passport, voter ID, driving licence or ration card, and enter the number.
  4. Add your date of birth, gender and address.
  5. Complete the identity check. CIBIL may send an OTP and ask about your existing loans or cards.
  6. Once verified, log in with your new username or mobile number to see the report.

Forgot your CIBIL username or password

Reset your password

  1. Open the myCIBIL login page and click Forgot password.
  2. Enter your username and click Continue.
  3. Open the email from noreply-cibil@support.transunion.com sent to your registered email address.
  4. Follow the link or temporary password in that email, set a new password, confirm it and click Change Password.

Recover your username

  1. Click Forgot username on the login page.
  2. Enter the mobile number, email address and date of birth you gave when you first applied.
  3. Follow the instructions in the email CIBIL sends to your registered email address.

Common CIBIL login problems

No Get your Free Report link.You have already used this year’s free report, or a paid unlimited plan is still running.
Changed mobile number or email.Recovery emails go to the registered address, so contact CIBIL support through its contact page if you no longer have access.

What you can do after you log in

Download a copy.Under Credit Report, choose print the report, then Save as PDF.

Since 1 July 2026, lenders report your data as on the 9th, 16th, 23rd and last day of each month, so the report you see after login reflects repayments sooner than it did under fortnightly reporting. If a dispute is not fixed within 30 days, RBI rules entitle you to ₹100 a day, and you can escalate to the RBI Ombudsman under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2026.

Does logging in and checking my score lower it?

No. Checking your own CIBIL report does not affect your score.
