1. What Credsir is
Credsir is an information and comparison service for Indian personal finance. We are not a bank, non-banking financial company, insurer, broker, investment adviser or distributor, and we are not registered with the RBI, SEBI or IRDAI in any of those capacities.
2. Not advice
Nothing on this site is personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of it. Decisions you take remain yours. Where the stakes are material, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or a qualified chartered accountant.
3. Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep rates, fees and terms current, and every figure carries the date it was captured. Financial products change without notice, and institutions apply their own eligibility criteria. Always confirm current terms directly with the institution before you commit.
4. Calculators
Calculator outputs are estimates based on the assumptions you enter and standard formulas. Actual outcomes depend on the exact terms you are offered, the compounding convention your institution applies, and tax law as it applies to you.
5. Third-party links
Links to institutions and partners are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or handling of your data. Some links are commercial — see how we make money.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Credsir is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here, including any financial loss from a product you chose after reading this site.
7. Intellectual property
Content, data compilations, scoring methods and design on this site belong to Credsir. You may quote and link with attribution. Bulk reproduction or systematic scraping of our data is not permitted.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Delhi.
