Worth knowing. The repo rate is what banks pay the RBI for short-term funds. Nearly every floating-rate retail loan in India is now linked to it through the External Benchmark Lending Rate, so a repo cut passes through to home loan EMIs within a quarter — while deposit rates typically fall faster.

What lenders are charging

The advertised rate and the same lender’s own published ceiling, side by side. The gap between them is set by your credit band, not by negotiation. Filter by product or lender type; every name links to that lender’s full set of rates.

What banks are paying

Deposit rates, highest first. Small finance banks lead this table — DICGC insurance covers ₹5 lakh per depositor per bank, so size the deposit to that rather than to the rate.
