Privacy policy

Short version: calculators never send us your data, and we do not sell anything about you.

In this document, “Credsir”, “we” and “us” mean Kuntaka AI Labs (OPC) Private Limited, a One Person Company (OPC), incorporated in India on 27 July 2026, with Corporate Identity Number U70200HR2026OPC148425 and its registered office at F-606, Rail Vihar, Sector 15 Part 2, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India. What never leaves your browser

Every calculator on Credsir runs client-side. Your income, salary, loan amounts, PAN, tax deductions and any other figure you type is computed on your device and transmitted nowhere. It is not stored, logged or shared.

What we do collect

  • Analytics. Aggregated page views and referrers, to understand which research is useful. No attempt is made to identify individuals.
  • Outbound clicks. When you click a partner link we record the product, the placement and the page. This is required to reconcile referral payouts. It contains no identifier for you.
  • Information you submit. If you complete a credit score check or a lead form, we collect the details you enter, with your explicit consent, for the specific purpose stated on that form.

Credit score checks

A credit score check requires your name, mobile number and PAN, and your consent for us to request your report from a credit bureau. This is a soft enquiry and has no effect on your score. We do not use these details for any purpose other than fetching and displaying your report, and we do not sell them.

Sharing

We share personal information only with the specific institution you asked to be connected to, and only with your consent. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to a general marketing list.

Cookies

We use cookies for basic analytics and, where advertising is enabled, for ad delivery. You can block them in your browser; the calculators and comparison tables work without them.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@credsir.com and we will act within 30 days.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be noted on this page with the date of the change. See also our terms of use.
