pmayg.nic.in was the Ministry of Rural Development’s website for Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G). The same portal now runs at pmayg.dord.gov.in, and the old pmayg.nic.in address did not load when we checked on 17 September 2026. Every public service from the old site is on the new one: beneficiary search, the panchayat-wise list, instalment details, FTO tracking and official logins.

How to open the PMAY-G portal online
- Type pmayg.dord.gov.in in your browser. Do not rely on a saved pmayg.nic.in link.
- Check that the page header reads “Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana-Gramin” and “Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India”.
- Use the top menu. Awaassoft holds Data Entry, Report and FTO Tracking. Stakeholders holds the public searches and the official logins.
- For the most common tasks, click Most Often Used Services at the bottom of the page.
- If a page will not open, try again later or on another network, and write to the technical email above if it keeps failing.
The site works in a phone browser. You do not need an app to search your status.
How to check PMAY-G beneficiary details
- On pmayg.dord.gov.in, open Stakeholders and click IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary.
- Type your registration number or beneficiary ID. Numbers begin with a state code, for example BH for Bihar.
- Enter the captcha and click Submit.
- Read your sanction and payment details on the result page.
If you do not have a registration number, find your name in your panchayat’s list first. Our guide to PM Awas Gramin list name check and beneficiary status walks through both steps, and our PMAY Gramin list 2026 guide explains how the village lists work.
www.pmayg.nic.in login: who can use it
The login pages are for officials, not for beneficiaries. Stakeholders lists separate entries for Gram Panchayat, Block Panchayat, DRDA/ZP, State (SNO), Centre and Other users. The login form asks for the financial year, a user name, a password and a captcha.
Data Entry, under Awaassoft, leads to four official logins:
- MIS data entry, for adding beneficiaries, proposals, sanctions and order sheets;
- a reporting and ticketing login covering PM-JANMAN, e-tickets and PMAY-G and Awaas+ reports;
- FTO data entry, for PMAY-G registration, FTO generation and first and second signing;
- Awaas+ data entry, for adding family details, marking ineligible families, updating Aadhaar and uploading consent forms.
A household does not need a password to see its own record. Use the Stakeholders searches instead. Never share an OTP or pay anyone who offers a “PMAY-G login” or a house in return for a fee.
Reports you can open without a login

PMAY-G at a glance
PMAY-G replaced Indira Awaas Yojana from 1 April 2016. It helps houseless households and those living in kutcha or dilapidated houses to build a pucca house. In 2024 the Cabinet approved 2 crore more houses from April 2024 to March 2029, at ₹1.20 lakh per house in plains and ₹1.30 lakh in North Eastern and hill states. The scheme guidelines add ₹12,000 for a toilet and 90 days of MGNREGS wage work, or 95 days in hill, difficult and North Eastern areas.
Households are picked from the SECC 2011 data and the Awaas+ surveys, then ranked on a permanent wait list for each gram panchayat. Urban families are covered by a separate scheme; see PMAY and government housing schemes for the difference.
